Directions:

Animate the "Leader" figure fully, across all frames.

Be sure the "Leader" figure is selected.

    Activate the script.

Highlight the figures and parts you want to be followers. (Each
    left-click toggles the highlight)

The "All Figs" and "All Parts" buttons are shortcuts to select
everything in the respective lists; if you want almost all parts
to follow, hit All Parts and then click on the exceptions.
(For instance, you might want facial expressions to remain
separate, so you would de-select the Head.)

Special note: If you want the follower figures to remain in their
own locations, you should leave BODY unselected. If you use the
"All Parts" button, left-click on Body afterward to deselect it.

Putting it another way, you should use the Body for initial
positioning of the entire figure, then use the Hip for later moves.
This will prevent the script from putting all the figures in the
    same spot!

Hit Go to make the Followers follow the Leader.

    Hit Close when done.

---------------

To use for single frame (no animation:)

Set up some frames, or let Poser do its default 30 frames. When you
want to change all figures together, go to the last frame and move
the Leader. Activate the script as above. Go to the last frame and
use Poser's "Memorize All" menu choice. Return to the first frame
    and do "Restore All".
