Select the figure before activating the script.

Determine the exact range of frames you want to repeat.

Activate the script.

In the listbox, highlight the parts that need to participate in the
    repeating.  If you don't highlight anything, we assume you want to
    repeat all parts in the figure.

Note: Selecting only the parts that are actually moving will make
    a big difference in the speed of this script!

Fill in the start and end frames of the source range.

Fill in how many repeats you want.

If you want the repeats to start later, fill in the desired start
    point in the "Begin Repeats" box.  When you leave this blank, the
    repeats will start just after the end of the source range.

Hit go, and wait a while.

When done, hit Close.

Example:  If you fill in 20 and 30 in the Start and End boxes, and 3
    in the How Many box, here's what will happen:

    The positions at frame 20 will repeat at frames 31, 41, and 51.
    The positions at frame 21 will repeat at frames 32, 42, and 52.
    The positions at frame 22 will repeat at frames 33, 43, and 53.
    .... and so on.
